By signing this Iberian Stallion Spotlight Application, you acknowledge that: (1) you are 18 years of age or older; (2) you have read and consent to the Iberian Stallion Spotlight Rules and Regulations provided herein, and made a part hereof; (3) you agree that the Iberian Stallion Spotlight Rules and Regulations, together with the Iberian Stallion Spotlight Application, become the entire Iberian Stallion Spotlight Agreement, unless modified per the Iberian Stallion Spotlight Rules and Regulations; (4) Iberian Horse Showcase, LLC (“IHS, LLC”) and Iberian Spectacular Inc. (“ISI Inc.”), and any and all of their respective affiliates, are not in any way participating in the sale of semen, and do not guarantee the quality or results of purchases of any sold breeding(s) that may be associated with the Iberian Stallion Spotlight; (5) by agreeing to participate in the Iberian Stallion Spotlight, you agree to hold harmless IHS, LLC, and ISI Inc., and any and all of their respective affiliates, licensees or agents, from any liabilities for any damage, injury or losses, personal or otherwise that may occur at the Iberian Stallion Spotlight or thereafter in regard to your participation in the Iberian Stallion Spotlight at the Iberian Horse Showcase; (6) you guarantee that any sales contract that derives from your participation in the Iberian Stallion Spotlight will indemnify IHS, LLC and ISI Inc. and any of their respective affiliates; and (7) you certify that the information provided in this Iberian Stallion Spotlight Application is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
